Terms and conditions
These terms apply to production services provided by ReelCraft unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Scope
The agreed deliverables, formats and quantities are set out in the offer or order confirmation. Anything not listed there is not part of the scope.
Quotes and orders
Quotes are valid for 14 days. An order is binding once confirmed in writing, including by email.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euro. Reel Daily is invoiced per month in advance. Single Video and Campaign are invoiced as agreed in the offer, typically 50% on order and 50% on delivery. Invoices are payable within 14 days.
Changes
One round of changes per video is included. Further changes, or changes to an already approved concept, are charged at the agreed hourly rate.
Client material
The client confirms that any material supplied — images, footage, logos, music, product names — may be used for this purpose and does not infringe third-party rights.
Rights of use
On full payment the client receives the right to use the delivered videos for their own marketing, worldwide and without time limit. Resale or transfer to third parties requires written agreement.
Portfolio use
ReelCraft may show completed work as a reference on its own website and social channels unless the client objects in writing.
Deadlines
Delivery dates depend on the client supplying briefs, material and approvals on time. Delays on the client side move the delivery date accordingly.
Liability
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law. ReelCraft is not liable for the commercial performance of published content.
Governing law
The law of [COUNTRY] applies. Place of jurisdiction is [CITY], as far as legally permissible.
